1. Service Agreement

Welcome to TowMec ("Platform"). TowMec operates as an on-demand network matching vehicle owners experiencing roadside breakdowns with independent, background-verified mobile mechanics and auto repair technicians across Indian cities.

By submitting a repair request via our website or placing a call to our helpline (+91 84472 74918), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Dispatch & Arrival Timelines

Estimated arrival times (ETA) provided on the website or during phone confirmation (typically 20–30 minutes) are targets based on live technician location and traffic conditions. Actual arrival times may vary due to severe weather, heavy traffic congestion, or remote breakdown locations.

3. Pricing & Inspection Charges

• Visit & Inspection Charge: A nominal visit fee (typically starting from ₹299) applies for the mobile technician to reach your site and perform preliminary diagnosis.
• Upfront Quote: Once diagnosis is complete, the mechanic provides an itemized quote for required labor and spare parts before starting work. Work commences only upon your verbal or written approval.
• No Hidden Fees: Additional charges apply only if extra parts or specialized diagnostic equipment are required.

4. Sister Brand Distinction (TowMigo)

TowMec provides on-spot vehicle repair, battery jumpstarts, AC refill, and diagnostics. TowMec does NOT provide flatbed towing or vehicle transport. Towing dispatches are fulfilled separately by our sister brand, TowMigo (https://towmigo.com).

5. Limitation of Liability

TowMec matches vehicle owners with qualified, background-checked mobile mechanics. While we uphold strict quality standards, TowMec shall not be liable for pre-existing vehicle mechanical defects, engine damage resulting from prior driving without oil/coolant, or delays caused by third-party spare part unavailability.
