All services beyond the included free services are available at discounted member rates.
Each plan includes a certain number of free towing services up to specified distance limits (20km for Basic, 50km for Premium, 100km for Fleet). Beyond these distances, standard per-km charges apply. Towing beyond the included free services is available at 20% discount for members.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate the cost based on the time remaining in your current subscription period. Downgrades are only available at renewal time.
No hidden fees. The subscription price covers all the services listed in your plan. Additional charges only apply if you exceed the included services or require services beyond the standard limits (like longer distance towing). All potential additional charges will be clearly explained before service is provided.
