Founded in 2010, Towmec India has grown from a small Delhi-based towing service to become the nation's most extensive vehicle assistance network, serving over 50,000+ customers annually across 300+ cities. Our journey began with a simple mission: to provide reliable, affordable, and professional vehicle recovery services when customers need them most.
What started as a fleet of 5 tow trucks has now expanded to include 500+ GPS-equipped recovery vehicles, 200+ mobile EV charging units, and a team of 1,000+ certified professionals. We've been at the forefront of India's roadside assistance revolution, introducing innovative solutions like our mobile app-based service tracking and subscription-based assistance plans.
As India's automotive landscape evolves with the rise of electric vehicles, we've invested heavily in building the country's largest mobile EV charging infrastructure. Today, we're proud to be the preferred roadside assistance partner for multiple automobile manufacturers, insurance companies, and fleet operators nationwide.

That's why we invest heavily in training our team through our state-of-the-art Towmec Academy, where technicians receive over 200 hours of hands-on training before joining our operations. Our rigorous certification program ensures every team member meets our high standards for technical expertise, customer service, and safety protocols.
We maintain India's most modern fleet of recovery equipment, including flatbed tow trucks with hydraulic lift systems, specialized motorcycle carriers, and heavy-duty wreckers capable of handling vehicles up to 20 tons. All our vehicles are equipped with real-time GPS tracking, allowing our command center to dispatch the nearest available unit for faster response times.
As a socially responsible organization, we operate India's first women-operated towing service in partnership with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, creating employment opportunities while challenging industry stereotypes.
